What Kind of Bladder Problem Do You Have?

Bladder problems in women are not one thing. They are at least five different things, and they have completely different answers. Leaking when you sneeze needs muscle work. A sudden urge you cannot put off needs something else entirely. Burning when you go is a third thing again — and treating the wrong one is why so many women try something, get nowhere, and conclude nothing works.

These questions take about a minute. They are not a diagnosis and nothing you tick is sent anywhere — it all stays in your browser. What they will do is tell you which pattern your symptoms fit, what has the best evidence behind it for that pattern, and what to read next.

01 First, a safety check

Tick anything that applies. If any of these are happening, that changes the answer.

02 When does it happen?

Tick everything that sounds like you. Most women tick more than one.

03 How often do you get up at night to go?
04 Has anything else changed?

This one matters more than most women expect.
