How the FemiCore Guarantee Actually Works

The short answer
FemiCore’s guarantee is 60 days from the day your order arrives, claimed by email, no questions asked. That window happens to match ClickBank’s own self-service refund period exactly — which is not a coincidence worth ignoring, and not a reason to worry either. Here is what actually happens if you want your money back, and the one thing to do the day the box shows up.
Every sales page for every supplement says some version of “100% money-back guarantee.” Almost nobody explains what that sentence actually obligates anyone to do, who is on the hook for the refund, or what happens the day after the window closes. We looked into how FemiCore’s guarantee actually works — not the marketing line, the mechanism underneath it — because it is the single most useful thing to understand before you order, not after something goes wrong.
If you are still deciding whether to buy at all, our full FemiCore review and honest answer on whether it’s a scam cover that. This page is only about the guarantee.
What FemiCore’s maker actually promises
The seller’s guarantee, as stated on the order pages at the time of writing: 60 days from the date you receive the product, refund requested by email, described as “no questions asked.” That is a promise from the seller, not from ClickBank — an important distinction we come back to below. There is no published exception list (unopened bottles only, one refund per household, etc.) on the pages we reviewed, but sellers can and do add conditions later, so treat “no questions asked” as the marketing framing rather than a guaranteed legal outcome.
Notice the clock starts on receipt, not on your order date. If shipping takes a week, you effectively have 60 days from delivery — but nobody sends you a reminder when that window is closing. That is the entire practical risk here: not that the guarantee is fake, but that it is easy to let it quietly expire while you’re still deciding whether the product is doing anything.
The ClickBank backstop — and why the 60 days matters
FemiCore is sold through ClickBank, which processes the payment and — separately from whatever the seller promises — runs its own refund system. ClickBank’s own support documentation states that most products carry a 60-day self-service refund period, handled through order lookup at clkbank.com: you find your order by order number, zip code, or the last four digits of the card you paid with, select it, and click “Request A Refund.” Once you submit a reason, ClickBank processes it — you are not waiting on the seller to agree.1
Here is the fact worth sitting with: FemiCore’s 60-day promise and ClickBank’s 60-day processor window are the same 60 days. That is genuinely good for the buyer — it means the seller isn’t offering anything beyond what the payment processor already backs, but it also means there is a real, independent enforcement mechanism behind the promise. You are not relying on the seller’s goodwill alone. Compare that to a guarantee stated as, say, 180 days: everything past ClickBank’s own 60-day cutoff is the seller’s word alone, enforced only if they choose to honor it. FemiCore doesn’t have that gap, because its stated window and the processor’s window line up.
Once that 60-day window closes, ClickBank’s documentation is explicit that the self-service refund option simply stops being displayed on the order-lookup page.1 After that point you are asking the seller directly, using whatever contact information is in your order confirmation — and at that stage it genuinely is a request, not a guaranteed process.
How to actually claim it
Two routes, in the order we’d try them:
- Email the seller first, using the address in your order confirmation, and ask for the refund under the 60-day guarantee. This is the route the sales page describes, and it is usually the faster one when a seller is responsive.
- Use ClickBank’s order lookup at clkbank.com if the seller is slow to respond, or if you’d rather skip that step entirely. Look up the order by order number, zip code, or the last four digits of your card, select it, and click “Request A Refund.” Because ClickBank processes the payment, this route does not depend on the seller agreeing — it is the independent backstop, and it is available for the same 60 days.
Keep the order confirmation email. It has the order number you’ll need for either route, and it’s the easiest way to establish the delivery date if there’s ever a dispute about when your 60 days started.
What if the window has already passed
If more than 60 days have gone by since delivery, the self-service ClickBank route will no longer show a refund option — that is not a bug, it’s how the processor’s own system is designed to work.1 Your options at that point are narrower and less certain:
- Email the seller anyway and ask. Sellers sometimes make exceptions, particularly for a first-time customer or a genuine mix-up about delivery dates — but this is now goodwill, not a guaranteed process.
- If you paid by credit card, a chargeback through your card issuer is a separate route with its own rules and its own timeline (typically 60–120 days from the statement date, depending on the card network) — worth knowing about, but it’s a dispute with your bank, not with ClickBank or the seller, and it can affect your ability to buy from that seller again.
- Accept that the window has closed. We’d rather tell you this plainly than pretend there’s always a way back in.
The one practical thing to do
Put the delivery date in your calendar or diary the moment the box arrives, with a reminder set for 50 days out — not 60. That gives you a 10-day buffer to actually notice whether anything has changed, decide, and act, rather than discovering on day 61 that you meant to look into it. This is the single most useful thing on this page, and it costs nothing.
If you’re still deciding which pack size to order in the first place, our FemiCore pricing page walks through why the smallest pack usually makes more sense as a first order than the per-bottle savings on the six-pack — partly because of exactly this refund-window math.
Thinking about ordering? The 60-day window we’ve described here is what actually backs the guarantee on FemiCore’s official order pages.

Frequently asked
Does the 60 days start from my order date or delivery date?
Delivery. The stated guarantee runs from the day the product arrives, not the day you placed the order — factor in shipping time when you’re counting the window.
Do I have to return the bottles to get a refund?
The seller’s stated process is a straightforward email request, without a return-shipment requirement described on the pages we reviewed. Policies can change, so confirm the current wording on the order page before you buy, and keep your confirmation email either way.
Is ClickBank the same thing as the seller?
No. ClickBank is the payment processor that handles the transaction and runs an independent 60-day self-service refund system. The seller is the company that makes and ships FemiCore. Both currently offer 60 days, which is why the two routes described above overlap for the first 60 days but diverge afterward.
Bottom line
FemiCore’s guarantee is real in the sense that matters most: it is backed by an independent payment processor with its own enforcement mechanism, not just a promise on a sales page. The catch isn’t hidden terms — it’s that the window is finite and nobody reminds you when it’s closing. Diary the delivery date, give yourself a buffer before day 60, and you’ve covered the one real risk in an otherwise straightforward guarantee.
This is not legal or financial advice. Refund policies and processor rules can change — confirm current terms on the order page and with your card issuer before relying on any of the above.
